Objectives of this role
- Represent the company’s products and services, understand how our solutions meet customers’ needs
- Products and services include:
- security technologies (video management systems unify video monitoring, access control, alarms, intrusion detection, intercom, analytics, license-plate recognition and other aspects of modern physical security eco-systems);
- cloud-hosted VoIP;
- data cabling;
- IT solutions plus managed IT services
- Audio – Visual solutions
- Generate leads and build long-term relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
Required skills and qualifications
- Two or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
