Apps for Business

Apps for Business serves up to 300 users and comes with fully installed Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher and OneNote, on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets (Windows, iPad and Android) and five phones per user. These work across multiple devices plus customers get online file storage and sharing.

You’ll also get Microsoft Sway, a set of professional digital storytelling tools to create interactive reports and presentations.

This product is designed for small and medium-sized businesses seeking greater productivity, efficiency and security while eliminating the hassles of managing on-premises hardware and applications. Businesses can enjoy the benefits of moving to the cloud and transforming capital expenditures to operating expenses, with no large upfront costs. Apps for Business easily grows with your business, and you’re able to license only what you need.

Users can work from anywhere, offline or online. They can access and work with the most up-to-date versions of the files and tools to get things done on virtually any device. This is perfect for employees working remotely since all the applications work in the cloud, are always up-to-date and there are never patches or software upgrades.

Business Premium

Business Premium brings together features from across several Microsoft offerings in a solution designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It’s powered by Office 365 and Windows 10, with device management and security features to help ensure your company’s data is protected. This product combines all the features in Office 365 Business Premium with Windows 10 and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security.

This solution was purpose-built for small and medium-sized customers who have little to no IT resources and do not rely on an Active Directory domain controller. Business Premium provides employees with best-in-class productivity and collaboration capabilities, device management and security solutions.

Business Standard

With fully installed Office applications across multiple devices, hosted email and online file storage and sharing, Business Standard is the most comprehensive package available for businesses with 300 or fewer users. The robust package supports greater productivity and collaboration with the features of Apps for Business and Business Basic packages in one integrated product.

Business Standard includes popular Office applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and more. Each user can install Office on five PCs or Macs, five tablets (Windows, iPad and Android) and five phones, all with anytime, anywhere access. Businesses can also simplify email with business-class Microsoft Exchange email hosting with a 50 GB mailbox.

Business Standard provides a wide range of business tools, including HD video conferencing and Microsoft Sway, which provides a set of professional digital storytelling tools to create interactive reports and presentations. Clients also get corporate team sites and social networking capabilities.

Exchange Online (Plan 1)

This hosted email service allows businesses to work smarter and more efficiently. With Exchange Online, businesses maintain control over their environment because they have the advantage of hosting email on Microsoft servers.

Businesses can also manage their employees and clients efficiently with the Exchange admin center – an easy-to-use, web-based interface. Exchange Online enables businesses to run In-Place eDiscovery across Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business data from a single interface through the eDiscovery Center. Using the Tooltip Icon with mobile device policies, administrators can create approved mobile device lists, enforce PIN lock and remove confidential data from lost phones.

Users can connect supported versions of Outlook to Exchange Online so there’s no need to disrupt workflow. They can also compare calendars to schedule meetings and access collaboration features, including shared calendars, groups, the global address list, external contacts, tasks, conference rooms and delegation capabilities.

Office applications and services, such as Sharepoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams, are not included with Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan 1).

Exchange Online Kiosk

Exchange Online Kiosk is a convenient email solution for workers without a desk or office, such as shift or retail employees, or those who share a computer. Each user gets a 2 GB mailbox, calendar and contacts and enables access over smartphones with Exchange ActiveSync (EAS).
